Evaluations for Day Care are conducted by appointment only. Call to reserve your time. - ENROLLMENT FEE
A non-refundable Enrollment Fee of $25.00 is required. - PET PROFILE FORM
Completion of a Pet Profile Form helps us get to know your dog before they join us for daycare. - VACCINATIONS
Proof of vaccination (Rabies, Distemper and bordetella ) is required for attendance. - SPAY/NEUTER
Spay/neuter is required except for dogs under 1 year of age.
